RE-IMAGING WHATS ALREADY THERE
MIXANDMATCHINTERIORS.COM, started as a favor while helping a friend edit and organize their home. The favor turned into a full time hobby and ultimately a mission to fluff and beautify as many homes in the Pittsburgh area as possible! I break for open houses and honestly find myself underwhelmed by the presentation. For me, as a longtime event and marketing executive, it's second nature to want to create a little razzamatazz. Don't we all need a little sparkle in our lives! So why do so many stop short at the front door? Most people assume refreshing a home before selling is going to take way too much time and an additional boat load of money! Well it can, if you don't know how to do it!
However, the sale or purchase of a home represents a family's largest investment. Listing your home without giving some thought to how it will be perceived can cost so much more in the long run. Even the best sellers can't move a home that is not appealing to a buyers senses; and again it all starts at the front door.

1.5 HR walk through and consultation
fee $250 for homes over 2,000 sq. ft. again will be applied should we move forward.
